1 South St, #2450
Baltimore, Maryland 21202

Early in her career, Ms. Zois primarily defended insurance companies and corporations. She now uses the invaluable experience gained during that time to exclusively represent injured victims, dedicating her practice to advocating for individuals and families impacted by sex abuse, birth injuries, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful deaths caused by negligence or recklessness.

Ms. Zois has secured numerous multimillion-dollar settlements and verdicts in medical malpractice, product liability, motor vehicle accidents, and sex abuse lawsuits. Among her notable achievements are a $10 million verdict for a wrongful death and survival action stemming from medical malpractice and an $8 million verdict for a mother in a wrongful death case involving a commercial vehicle. In 2022, she received the prestigious Trial Lawyer of the Year award for obtaining a $2 million verdict in a sex abuse lawsuit against a medical provider. Her numerous multiple million-dollar verdicts and settlements underscore her exceptional ability to deliver justice and fair compensation to her clients.

Ms. Zois approaches every case with the same dedication and care she would extend to a family member. She is a fearless and zealous advocate who passionately pursues justice and meaningful recovery for the devastated families she represents. Tragically, many of her cases involve children who have suffered catastrophic injuries or lost their lives due to corporate or individual negligence, and she is often sought out by grieving parents to seek accountability for such preventable harm.

A respected member of the legal community, Ms. Zois is part of the prestigious Inner Circle of Advocates, an invitation-only organization limited to 100 of the nation’s top trial lawyers. She is also a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, a rigorously vetted group recognizing the top 1% of trial lawyers in each state, and a member of the highly selective International Academy of Trial Lawyers. Few attorneys in the country can claim membership in all three esteemed organizations.

Ms. Zois is also a tireless advocate for broader systemic change. She educates lawmakers about how laws unfairly impact its citizens and frequently testifies on critical issues, including contributory negligence, caps on non-economic damages, and the changes Maryland needs to make—and now is making—in how we pick jurors.

Her accolades include being named a Super Lawyer by Maryland Super Lawyers® Magazine annually since 2008. She has been recognized as one of Maryland’s Top 50 Women Lawyers since 2015, one of the Top 100 Lawyers in Maryland since 2016, and among the Top 10 Lawyers in Maryland for the past two years.

Ms. Zois earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee in 1991 and graduated with honors from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1995. Her unwavering dedication to justice and her clients has established her as a leader in personal injury law.
