Sample Settlement Agreements and Other Settlement Documents

We have put these sample settlement documents online because we get a lot of requests for them.  Sometimes, it is parties who do not have lawyers who are looking for agreements.  There are also a few odd cases where an insured defendant still asks the plaintiff’s lawyer to draft the settlement language.

In most cases we settle, the settlement terms are unimportant and all that matters is the amount of money paid in the settlement.  But in a minority of cases, the details of the language are critical.
